VTIVCDC is a registered 501(c)(3) community development nonprofit organization formed in the state of Texas. Our mission is to support and revitalize impoverished and struggling communities by developing safe, decent and affordable housing, creating homeownership opportunities and offering services, such as career development, transportation, affordable healthcare, childcare; senior, disabled and veterans’ services, outreach, education, recreation and other social services that would meet the needs of disadvantaged individual of the community.
